Cyssero (born Michael Dowell) is an American rapper from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania who records for Affiliated Records. Cyssero was signed to The Black Wall Street Records. He has been labeled the King of Philly by Smack DVD, because of his provasive lyricism and respect as a high figure in the Philadelphia black community.
