Cosa Nostra by Jeffrey Sebelia
Year launched: 2007
The collection of 100 or so pieces is influenced, says Jeffrey Sebelia, by one of his favorite film heroines – Beatrice Dalle from the ’80s flick Betty Blue. Dalle’s playful, eclectic look is reflected in the line’s ruffled skirts, baggy blouses and ’40s-inspired silk dresses. He is best known as the winner of the third season of American reality show Project Runway.
Sebelia is a fashion designer and founder of the clothing label Cosa Nostra, which he heads from a loft on Broadway in downtown Los Angeles. He is best known as the winner of the third season of American reality show Project Runway. He recently launched Good Vig, a pretty (“but not girly”) contemporary women’s line, and his edgy label Cosa Nostra is growing. He still designs clothing for rock stars.

Everything that Jeffrey Sebelia has been designing is just fantastic and amazing. Today I ‘ve bought a few tees he disigns for Fluxus and I can say that his tees are just great.
