Christian Siriano, the fierce dude from Project Runway is teaming up with the belles of Moody Mamas to design a line of maternity wear. We didn’t see that coming, especially after his pricey collection at Bluefly. But hey, it’s good news for future mamas out there, because it’s going to be named “Fierce”. Kinda obvious; you’ll know it’s gonna be Siriano’s without even looking at the tag.
Siriano is an American fashion designer and the winner of the fourth season of American reality show Project Runway. Siriano is the youngest winner in the show’s history. In April 2008, he signed on to design a fifteen piece collection for Puma. In May 2008, Siriano designed virtual promwear for Gaia Online’s virtual prom. In August 2008 Siriano teamed up with two friends, Marta Abrams and Elise Rosemarin, founders of Moody Mamas maternity clothes, to create a collection called Fierce for Moody Mamas by Christian Siriano.
