Along with partner Ron Watson — a friend of his since Corie Blount’s rookie year playing for the Chicago Bulls — they are in the process of introducing a clothing line called “Had To,” which celebrates graduating from the college you attend.
Blount is a former professional basketball player. He was selected by the Chicago Bulls with the 25th pick of the 1993 NBA Draft, and he would spend 11 seasons in the league. Initially drafted for his athleticism, Blount developed a reliable midrange jumpshot over the course of his career, and he retired in 2004. Blount also appeared as himself in the 1996 film Eddie.
