The reality TV star has shown an image promoting her new perfume and has made it clear that she was inspired by the Hollywood icon. Referring to Elizabeth Taylor, Kim took to Twitter and told her fans that she is channeling the famed star in her True Reflection ad campaign.

Earlier today, the 31-year-old star unveiled the photo on her Twitter page. With the uploaded image, she posted, “Another pic from my True Reflection fragrance ad campaign…ultra glam! LOVE red lips! #Channeling ElizabethTay.” In the stunning image, which is the second one that she has uploaded online, she was snapped leaning against a gold-colored frame and sporting a sleeveless dress with a plunging neckline. The smoky-eyed fashionista wore a silver-hued frock that perfectly matched with her ultra glamorous look.

It is no secret that Kim Kardashian adored Elizabeth Taylor, the former child star who died at the age of 79 in March last year. She is one of the final people to interview Elizabeth in an article that was published in the March issue of Harper’s Bazaar Magazine. She told the Oscar-winner: “You are my idol. But I’m six husbands and some big jewels behind. What should I do?” The actress candidly told her: “I never planned to acquire a lot of jewels or a lot of husbands. Katy kept her mode downright unfussy as she graced the festive gathering. She paired the silky frock with a pair of ornate black open toe shoes. She accessorised with sparkling fashion pieces and bobbed style blonde tresses with a hair grip holding it back on one side.

The “Fireworks” singer recently appeared on the Entertainment TV show Extra. During the promotional stint, she answered questions from the audience regarding her career and choice of hairstyle. She stated: “I know you guys want a new record, but I have to live a little so all the songs will be something worth listening to,’ she said. ‘I think that maybe I’m going to just think about enjoying Christmas and New Year’s.”

Heidi Klum is the stunning television host of Project Runway show and one of the world’s most well known supermodels. We think it is expected that people would want to look and smell like Heidi, and now that she has launched her very first fragrance named Shine, we all have the chance to try it.

The 38-year-old supermodel premiered her own fragrance line yesterday at the Mondrian Hotel in West Hollywood, California.Heidi looked eye-catching and radiant in a form-fitting snow-leopard print dress as she posed by the hotel pool with a huge replica of her fragrance bottle. She teamed the classy and stylish frock with black stilettos, light makeup, fewer accessories and a stunning wavy hairdo.

In an interview with Popsugar.com representatives at the event, Klum disclosed about what inspired the perfume venture stating it originated from childhood memories of picking lilies of the valley in her native Germany. Obviously pleased with the amazing turnout of the event, she also admitted to the website that she asked the approval of her husband Seal, which of course was granted.

The German supermodel opens up on her flashy lifestyle, which has gone to great lengths by her move to have her lovely set of pins insured for a whopping $2 million. Modeling is her number one source of income so we think it is just natural for her to protect her legs. She told Extra TV: “I didn’t personally have them insured, but a client of mine did. Basically, I was in London, and I had to go to this place where they check out your leg. They would look at them and I had one scar here from when I fell on a glass, so this (left leg) isn’t as pricey and this (right) one.”

To accompany his fragrance “I Am King”, P. Diddy launched his women’s fragrance “Empress” and tapped Kelly Rowland to be the face of the new scent.

Diddy stated:

“I created Empress for the woman who is powerful beyond all others.”

Kelly Rowland is equally excited about her new post.

“I’m the ambassador for Empress. I just love what ‘empress’ represents, it’s just women who are beautiful and powerful in their own right.”

You already know how much we love Selena Gomez around here. So far, she’s managed to escape the child star curse, and has blossomed into a poised and pretty young woman. When we first heard this bit of breaking news in the world of celebrity collaborations, we automatically assumed Selena was following in the footsteps of her internationally famous beau, who’s enjoyed mega success with his first female perfume, the sweet-smelling Someday. After some digging though, it’s clear Selena is taking a completely different route with her bottled blend. Instead of teaming up with a girly-whirly beauty brand or perfume powerhouse like Claire’s or Coty, the brunette beauty has partnered with Adrenalina, a lesser-known company focused on extreme sports and an adventurous lifestyle.

We can’t say we’re surprised, since Selena’s making quite a name for herself encouraging young women everywhere to accomplish their goals, weather they be in the classroom, or at the top of a ski slope. And even though the scent hasn’t hit shelves yet, we imagine that it’ll contain earthier, more natural notes than Justin’s frilly, fruity concoction. Selena spoke with E! Online about her newest venture and said, “I’ve been working on my fragrance for almost a year now. I’m excited [because] it’s something I’m interested in… I’m already doing the whole process of smelling things and designing it and the campaign and everything, so it’ll be fun.”

She took her time concocting the perfect perfume and we’re actually interested in taking a whiff when Taylor Swift Wonderstruck hits shelves this October. We already adore the 21-year-old’s romantic, frilly style when it comes to her clothes, hair and makeup, so we imagine we might share a similar vision for a sweet, romantic, bottled blend.

Taylor is famous for her creative, flirty, and borderline-boy crazy lyrics, so we have a feeling the teen set will go equally crazy over her first foray into fragrance as they go over her catchy hit singles. Not surprisingly, the sweet scent is rumored to include gourmand notes like warm sugar, vanilla, musk and sandalwood – alongside effervescent fruity notes like peach and raspberry. After giving birth to her twins, Mariah Carey is back again with her fragrance business. Her last fragrance, Lollipop Bling was a great success and now, Mariah is releasing the remix version of the sweet scents. It’s called Lollipop Splash the Remix, which contains three fragrances, all titled after Mariah songs. There’s “Inseparable” which contains the sweet scents of raspberry, mango, jasmine and orange flowers; “Never Forget You” which has gourmet jelly beans and golden peony notes. and of course, “Vision of Love” which is inspired by French macaroon and purple jasmine.

The fragrances will be available in July and will be priced at $35 each. Perfumer Marypierre Julien stated:

“To create Mariah Carey’s Lollipop Splash the Remix, we worked with Mariah and used her music as an inspiration to craft scents that are like floral melodies”

If you’ve been following Beyoncé’s venture in the fragrance business, you won’t be surprised if after Heat and Heat Rush, the singer will release a follow-up product.  Beyoncé’s newest fragrance, still in collaboration with fragrance giant, Coty, is called “Pulse”.

Beyoncé stated:

“Pulse is a fragrance you can wear all the time. I love the idea of a signature scent that lets a woman leave her mark wherever she goes, so I always try to make my scents appropriate for any occasion.”

The bottle cap is inspired by Beyoncé’s show costumes. Beyoncé commented:

“I love [that] because it incorporates fashion into the overall design.”
