Fergie donned a shiny gold dress, which was encrusted in large quadrilateral jewels for the occasion. To emphasize the glittering outfit, she has slipped on a pair of silver high heeled shoes and opted for simple hairstyle. Wearing unfussy makeup, she looked stunning and glowing in the strapless jewel-embellished frock. She displayed cheerful demeanor and positive aura to mark the New Year.

Josh’s outfit matched with the singer’s “golden girl” style. He wore a glossy suit which he teamed with a thin gold and black striped tie. The handsome actor was on hand to support his wife at the event.

Fergie was joined on the red carpet by several girlfriends who are excited to be part of the festivities in Las Vegas. The occasion coincided with the launch of Charity Dreams, apl.de.ap’s charity organization campaign, We Can Be Anything. apl.de.ap plans to use the money to build 10,000 classrooms in his native, the Philippines.

Shame on us, because there’s been plenty of exciting celebrity fashion happening right underneath our noses, and it’s about time we take a moment to give credit where it’s rightfully due. One of our favorite daring looks from this past week was the dominatrix-style black leather design from Herve Leger by Max Azria that Fergie wore to the 2011 Billboard Music Awards, held on Saturday, May 21st in Las Vegas.

We think this look is totally “Fergie,” and love every sexy detail. In a recent press release, Fergie gushed about how much she enjoyed working with Avon on her first fragrance for them and what she wanted to accomplish with the second fragrance. “I had so much fun developing and launching my first fragrance with Avon,” said the singer in the aforementioned release, “so for my second fragrance, I really wanted add a little more edge.”

A commercial for the fragrance, which has been posted on the Avon website, reveals a thoroughly made up Fergie preparing to go on stage for a big concert. Just before heading out to greet her fans, she sprays herself with the perfume. Big lights. Loud music. A sultry walk. The commercial seems to be an exact representation of the scent that Fergie wanted to create.

“Outspoken Intense” is reported to include scents of passion flower, musk, starfruit, and blackberry. This is how Fergie herself has described the new fragrance: “’Outspoken Intense’ is a provocative blend of sexy confidence and daring femininity that captures the thrill and excitement of being center stage. You feel an instant electrifying rush — a feeling like no other.”
