Being a fashion brand spokesmodel sometimes opens up doors to become the brand’s designer.  That’s what happened to Hayden Panettiere.  The “Heroes” star who’s best known for her role as the world-saving cheerleader is getting more and more productive these days, as she teams up with Dooney & Bourke’s designer, Peter Dooney, in designing the IT bag for Spring 09. We like the gorgeous Hayden Clutch, which is made from Italian calfskin and fastened with 24 carat gold plated lion head, inspired by Hayden’s astrological sign: Leo.  We’re lusting after the bag which comes in 7 awesome colors: blue, red, black, white, brown, fuchsia and purple.  Loves it.
