We know what you’re thinking. If Donald was your daddy, you’d have your own luxury line of heels too, right? Not so fast. Before you chalk Ivanka’s professional successes up to her famous last name and unlimited trust fund, it’s important to know how hard she’s worked to get where she is today. Sure, Ms. Trump’s life has been made easier thanks to her bottomless budget and model good looks – but the young woman has more than proven herself since graduating Summa Cum Laude from Ivy League school University of Pennsylvania in 2004.

The heiress and businesswoman now serves as Executive Vice President of Development and Acquisitions at the Trump Organization, and also works with her father as a boardroom judge on NBC’s The Apprentice. But wheeling and dealing real estate isn’t this beauty’s only talent. After a successful line of eponymous jewelry, sold under Dynamic Diamond Corporation out of her namesake Madison Avenue jewelry store, Ivanka recently launched her fabulous footwear collection, also aptly named, Ivanka Trump Footwear.

The line of everything from power pumps to red carpet dazzlers will sell exclusively out of Nordstrom stores nationwide, and is surprisingly reasonably priced. In fact, the most expensive shoe in the collection maxes out at around $160. The newly married Trump chatted briefly with Glamour Magazine’s resident fashion junkie, Tracey Lomrantz, and spilled her inspiration for the collection. When asked why she chose to expand her empire to clothing and accessories, Ivanka replied simply, “I love shoes!” Now that’s solid business logic if we’ve ever heard it.

The affordable line officially launched on December 1 and is available in its entirety on Nordstrom’s website. It’s also making its way to brick-and-mortar Nordstrom stores across the country. As we mentioned before, Ivanka Trump has launched a line of handbags and shoes. The real estate heiress is branching out from her already successful jewelry line into the handbag market. Here are a few items from her upcoming debut collection, and brace yourself because they’re so good!

The bags will be sold in stores like Nordstorm and Macy’s starting in February 2011. The materials used are exotic skins and other textures. The designs include satchels, everyday totes and evening clutches. It’s amazing how Ivanka, who’s used to luxurious things, is able to come up with such luxe designs on very reasonable prices. Ivanka Trump’s handbag collection will be retailed at $75 up to $175. Are you in love with them? Because we sure are!
