On Friday, Miss Osbourne showcased a multi-colored dress to perfection inside the VIP Music Lounge at Lollapalooza 2012 in Chicago. She was seen sporting a cut-out mini dress that revealed her slim mid-section.

The 27-year-old English fashion designer looked sweet and stunning in the colorful mini dress. She paired the chic frock with cream wedge heels. To highlight her stylish look, she accessorizes with Chanel earrings and styled her purple hair in a high messy bun. She completed the modish attire with a light makeup and a slash of light, pink lipstick.

We recently noticed Kelly’s shapely figure and glowing appearance. Kelly boasted about losing a staggering 23 kg last year. Kelly Osbourne has continued to receive rave reviews for her extremely unique sense of fashion. Since the time she showed off her edgy chic style in the Material Girl fashion line, she has already attracted numerous fans from all over the world. In a series of photo shoots for the advert, she was seen sporting an edgy-meets-teen style while striking powerful poses with great confidence.

Earlier today, the Badgley Mischka catwalk show allowed style enthusiasts to spend their Valentine’s Day celebrating their passion for fashion. The glamorous event, which took place as a part of New York Fashion Week, was led by 27-year-old Kelly Osbourne.

Showcasing a dazzling black evening dress, Kelly was spotted at the front row of the runway show. She seemed to enjoy every minute of the show as she watched the models sashay down the runway. She also gave her opinion of the collection to a TV presenter who was covering the event for her hit show.

Kelly wore a shimmering black metallic dress with a sash around the waist. She looked incredibly classy in the all-black outfit. To emphasize her fresh-faced look, she teamed the fabulous ensemble with black peep toe heels and wore her purple-grey locks in a sophisticated bun.

The lovely model caught up with her “Fashion Police” co-star Joan Rivers as they sat together in the front row. After the show, they were also spotted hanging out backstage.

It seems like Kelly really enjoyed the Badgley Mischka runway show. In her Twitter account, she shared how she spent the morning with Joan and checked out trendy fashion pieces when the show came to a close. The star tweeted, “Just had the best time with @Joan_Rivers @BadgleyMischka show! It was simply gorgeous!”

She accented the striking look with a slash of bright red lipstick and stunning, silvery strands of hair.

Kelly revealed the real reason she dyes her hair grey. She stated: “It’s something I’ve wanted to do my whole life. I’ve always wanted to be young and have grey hair.” She continued, “To me, I’m 27, I’ve got three years left, the way I look at it, to have fun with it, because once you’re 30, you look like a right idiot walking around with like rainbow, bright color hair and all different things like that.”

In recent months, the pretty singer has also sported lavender locks to the delight of her fans. She enthused: “I don’t exactly come from the most normal family. I don’t get why anyone expects anything different from me. So I think, for me, I’m just having fun with it as much as I can until it’s not appropriate anymore.” She also discarded the notion that she dyed her tresses before it became a trend to go grey.

She’s no material girl – at least, that’s what has been said of Kelly Osbourne, the daughter of Black Sabbath’s Ozzy Osbourne and, more famously, the former star of the reality series The Osbournes. Kelly arrived in Toronto earlier today with no makeup and wearing a rather modest outfit. For her doting fans who patiently waited for her arrival at Pearson International Airport, the starlet willingly posed for pictures, and flashed an engaging smile to the adoring crowd.

Kelly was in town to promote Material Girl, the clothing line created by music legend Madonna and her daughter Lourdes. At the airport, Kelly showed her down-to-earth style and refreshing aura. The former presenter of Project Catwalk was announced as the face of the Material Girl clothing brand, replacing Taylor Momsen who was dropped by the line after reports of difficult behavior. Kelly officially starts her work on Tuesday night with an appearance at the Queen Street branch of The Bay to endorse the line’s fall collection.

Despite the long-haul flight, the 26-year-old model showed off her calming aura and fresh-faced style by wearing a low-key ensemble. She donned rolled-up jeans and black and white loafers for her flight, and accessorized it with checkered shirt and cropped black jacket. She teamed the whole outfit with a pair of simple white shoes, trendy sling bag, and sunglasses. With her blonde hair tied in a bun, she was cutely casual in this uncomplicated attire.

In an effort to express gratitude to his fans, the part-time musician poured out her emotions via Twitter. She wrote: “Thank you so much to everyone in Toronto that has gone out of there [sic] way to make me feel so welcome I really do love it here!” She later added with fancy words: “1 of my favorite things about staying in fancy hotels is that the shower cap is always called by its french name ‘Bonnet de douche’! [sic].”
