This weekend, Hilary Duff became a hot topic after an announcement through her blog that she was pregnant with her first child. Clearly, the blooming wife of Mike Comrie could not hide her happiness at the news. She was spotted beaming radiantly with husband Mike at a sushi restaurant in the Toluca Lake area of Los Angeles.

The 23-year-old singer and star of The Lizzie McGuire Movie wore a long sleeved dark pink sweater paired with a fashionable long grey skirt. As for her hairstyle and makeup, she preferred to let her blonde wavy hair to flow loose and didn’t mind putting too much face powder. With a little blusher on her face and pinky shade of lipstick, she looked gorgeous as she left the restaurant with husband Mike.

Hilary looked glowing and stunning despite the simple outfit. Thanks to her fashionable accessories which included a felt hat, long beaded necklace, stacked bangles and a hip loose belt. Also, she opted to wear black flat footwear. It gave her a relaxed and fulfilled look. The whole outfit looked huge on Hilary so we’re speculating she chose to cover up her small baby bump, a simple act of motherly protection.

Hilary’s delight is also shared by her loved ones. Husband Mike looked similarly happy as he led the way to their car last night. The 30-year-old professional hockey player was spotted smiling as Hilary’s older sister Haylie Duff, who joined the couple for their dinner that evening, shared a few laughs with the couple while inside the car and looked equally excited over the good news.

Since some of our favorite stylish Hollywood mamas have recently given birth (Victoria Beckham’s and Kate Hudson’s babies were both born on July 10th,) we’ve had to find other expecting A-listers to mimic. Luckily, Jessica Alba and Selma Blair are both still happily pregnant, and have given us plenty of easy, breezy summer style inspiration. But we spotted our most recent favorite maternity look on The Office star Jenna Fischer, at the premiere of her latest flick, A Little Help, held in Los Angeles on Thursday, July 14th. The woman who portrays beloved Pam Beasley-Halpert opted for an electric blue maxidress by Ana Maria, and the silhouette was absolute perfection on her burgeoning belly. It’s official – Jessica Alba’s maternity style is our very favorite among all the mothers-to-be in Hollywood, and the closer she gets to her due date, the more she continues to outdo herself when it comes to her adorable, enviable maternity wardrobe. We’re nowhere near our baby-making years yet, but we admit we’ve stolen plenty of style tips from Jessica this summer.
