Okay, how many of you think that hotel heiress Paris Hilton is just a party girl? And how many of you think that her sister, Nicky Hilton, is also ‘just’ a party girl? Well, we don’t really know about Paris, but Nicky Hilton is one productive celebrity designer. Her clothing line, “Chick” is doing great and although we have to wait a few weeks, Nicky lets us in on what she has in store for the Chick Spring/Summer 2009 collection. Check this out.

Nicholai is actually Nicky Hiltons third venture into the fashion world including the Chics, and handbag line. The clothing company is self-titled being Nicholai is Nicky Hilton’s birth name.

Nicky debut her Spring 2008 collection of the Nicholai line at New York fashion week. Nicky says she had many offers to license her name, but unlike many celebrities she decided to do it the right way. The line consist of tops, dresses, and a few swim wear pieces.

The less-popular Hilton sister Nicky has her hands all in the fashion industry when she launched her Samantha Thavasa handbag line. Nicky actually has some ties to the industry being a model and also spending time studying fashion design at a New York school.

The line is the brainstorm of Tokyo designer Samantha Thavasa where Nicky Hilton is the acting designer for the handbag line. After a few successful seasons with Samantha Thavasa Nicky and Paris started Chic by Nicky Hilton fashion line, which is a casual moderate priced clothing line that plays off her childhood name.
