PermalinkI personally hate the clothing manufacturer who produced the UGK 4 Life clothing…which is Algierz and the owner is just as much an ass as the clothing itself, but because the UGK 4 Life clothing is remembering Pimp C I’m all for it.
Here are a few looks at the UGK 4 Life Spring/Summer offerings:
Janet Jackson will release her own book based on her life and her struggle with weight and self-esteem. The book will be published by Karen Hunter Publishing and is due out November also including lifestyle and diet tips from her personal nutritionist David Allen.
I wonder how much Miss Jackson had to do with the actual contributing or writing of the book?
Did Janet write the book or just another shameless celebrity endorsement?

Victoria decided to take some time off from being fabulous and actually decided to promote her fashion line DVB Clothing while in London!
Guess this is a smart move by Victoria considering her line is doing very well in the States right now. She stopped through Harrods for an appearance around the same time Paris Hilton was making an appearance at Selfridges needless to say it was pure Mayhem at Paris’s appearance.
Victoria still has no plans to promote her clothing line in the US at the Los Angeles boutiqe Kitson due to some remarks and comments made by owner Fraser Ross. Fraser said in a statement:
“Her people told us that we won’t be getting an in-store appearance because Victoria was angry about all the negative press she got here and things I said. So instead of trying to fix it, she’s just snubbing us at a time when the U.S. economy really needs a boost.”
I guess if you shit on Victoria she will have the last laugh 
, but isn’t she hurting herself in the long run, because other stores might think twice about working with her line.
Should Victoria promote her line at the Los Angeles Location?
Professional sufer Laird Hamilton launched his clothing line on May 15th at bargain retailer Steve and Barry’s.
Steve and Barry’s also carry other celebrity lines, like Dear by Amanda Bynes and Bitten by Jessica Simpson. Hamilton’s line, Wonderwall, is a surf and skate line for young men. It is a 165-piece collection with polos, board shorts and tees. As for the name choice, Hamilton says, “Names can be tricky,” he says, “They have multiple meanings and send subliminal messages. For me, it speaks to the variety of giant waves that the wearers could encounter, from mountains to skateboard ramps, the wall of wonder. It challenges you to scale those invisible barriers that keep you back.” Here are a few pieces from the line:
Wonderwall is available now at Steve and Barry’s and all items are $9.98 or less.
Singer Christina Aguilera is working on her third fragrance, called Inspire.
Her last two fragrances, Xpose and Simply Christina were a great success internationally- one even won an award. So of course it was natural for her to release another one. inspire is expected to hit stores in the fall.
