Is this celebrity-designer or celebrity-disaster?
Marie Claire reported that Amy Winehouse is in the process of creating her very own fashion line. The British singer is in negotiations with label Fred Perry and has been telling her friends that her clothing line is coming up very soon. We think this is a major setback in the fashion world, but the supposedly fashion-forward designer, Karl Lagerfeld, thinks that Wino is actually a style icon.
“She’s a beautiful, gifted artist. And I very much like her hairdo. I took it as an inspiration,” Karl said.
We say: take those sunglasses off, Karl. You have no idea what’s coming your way.
