The last time we all heard from Avril Lavigne was when she announced about her upcoming Black Star fragrance a few months ago, after getting busy with her tweens’ clothing line: Abbey Dawn.  But Avril is taking things one step at a time.  This time, she announced that she’s also about to launch a children’s line -and by that we mean for girls younger than tweens under the Abbey Dawn label.

As reported by People.com, the clothing line will feature a cuddlier version of Ms. Lavigne’s rock and roll attitude, consisting of layered tees with “friendly skull graphics” (err… okay) and comfortable leggings.  Word is, there’s gonna be cute zebra hoodies with ears to add the ‘cute’ factor.

We really have no idea where this clothing line will go, but we’ll give this one a chance.  It’s gonna be interesting to see zebra ears and friendly skulls for a change.  The clothing line will be launched two weeks from now, so we’ll keep you updated.

    when is avril gonna put the childrens clothing and what store kohls or somthing else cause i want to buy but it was only for juniors.

    Wow Avril is is on roll, she already has a highly successful clothing line and Avril Lavigne’s last album was released in 2007, and Avril was the Best Selling Female Artist in the World in 2007 according to WorldWideAlbums * net: (2007 Year End Totals)
