M.I.A. Launches Clothing Line
Rapper/singer/artist/producer M.I.A. (real name Maya Arulpragasam) has added fashion designer to her long list of talents. You might have seen this coming considering she was the face of the Spring 2008 Marc by Marc Jacobs ad campaign:
M.I.A. says she likes Marc Jacobs, but “You can’t really be dressed in Marc Jacobs’ clothes when you’re on tour. They’re too nice. ” Apparently she prefers to rock her own line: she told Women’s Wear Daily, “I have my own label now, which is the only thing I’ve been wearing recently.” Here’s an example of her concert style:
M.I.A.’s clothing line will be named after herself and include pieces like bomber jackets, leggings and T-shirts in bold bright hues and graphic prints.
I have a feeling this celebrity clothing line will be like no other, considering M.I.A.’s eclectic style is completely unique.
What do you think of M.I.A. having her own clothing line?

I personally like the idea of her making her clothing line unique(eventhough its a little too ultra-mordern), but that's just my opinion and I dont think many people will understand the concept of it.Hopefully people will sympathise and give the clothing live a chance.
