Sneak Peek: TI’s New Reality Show – Road To Redemption

Calling all TI stans!

So as we previously mentioned, TI is kinda busy with his new reality show for MTV: “Road To Redemption”, and he ain’t kidding.  Because we finally get to see the show trailer and we wanna share it with you.

One word: INTENSE.

Heck yeah, we didn’t think we’d see a dead person on an MTV show.  But well, if it’s true what they said before that the show is really intended to set young people straight in an extreme way (read: scary) so they’ll stay out of trouble… then it works.  We’re scared out of our minds seeing the trailer.  As you know, the show is counted as part of TI’s community service hours and we think he’s doing a great job.  We like his words of wisdom: “I am going through it, so you don’t have to.”

Originally, MTV brought a show concept somewhat similar to “Li’l Kim’s Countdown to Lockdown” on BET to TI, only by installing cameras around his house when he was on house arrest.  But TI declined this idea ‘coz it was boring, and felt like he needed to help teenagers who were at risk of doing crime.  That’s how they came up with the Road to Redemption concept.

One question from the fashion side of it, though:

Will he be wearing AKOO swags on the show?
