
It looks like Madonna’s Material Girl clothing line for juniors is doing really well and will go global this summer. To launch the upcoming back-to-school collection, Madonna and her daughter, Lourdes, tapped Georgia May Jagger as the newest face of the brand. The daughter of Mick Jagger and Jerry Hall is excited about her new assignment:
“To be handpicked by Madonna and Lola as the new face of Material Girl is truly amazing.”
Material Girl will spread its wings into Europe and Australia at the end of June, and Lourdes will be actively involved in design and marketing. Meanwhile, Georgia May Jagger’s portfolio includes campaigns for Hudson Jeans, Rimmel London cosmetics, and also a PSA in Britain titled “Fashion Targets Breast Cancer.”
