The Malaysian government successfully banned her from performing in their country, but there’s no stopping Avril Lavigne from trying to penetrate the Asian market. Seen in Tokyo, Japan last Sunday, the now-married rocker paraded her clothing line: AbbeyDAWN.

This line WOULD have been original, on point streetwear– except we’ve seen these looks elsewhere, first. Oops.

To us the line is mixing and matching stuff we’ve already seen from Harajuku Lovers and Tripp NYC. Avril’s always tried to pull off a skater punk persona but her songs are pure sugarcoated pop. Not. Feeling. Any. Of. It.

maybe she ISNT original, but that doesnt have to be bad. at least for US, that way we can get it cheaper. So to hell with originality.
