The Olsen Twins To Launch Shoe Line
The greatest thing about Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen aside from being pretty and famous is the fact that these two are business savvy. M.K. and Ash continue to expand their fashion empire, as they are about to launch a shoe collection for their existing fashion line: Elizabeth and James. Well it might be a good move after launching the ultra-exclusive line: The Row, which in our eyes, is great but too pricey for the regular human being.
Mary-Kate and Ashley are said to head the designed team and to help them design the line, they have signed Steve Madden, the renowned shoe designer who is known for his stylish (albeit sometimes too much ‘inspired by’) designs. We hope the twins will help tweak the originality in Madden, and spice up the Elizabeth and James collection. We are optimistic about this, though. The collaboration results will be available in stores by mid 2009. Meanwhile, we invite you to drool over our picks from the Elizabeth and James fall collection.
