Elizabeth Taylor is the British-American beauty who became one of the greatest screen actresses of Hollywood’s Golden Age. As one of the world’s most well-known film stars, she was recognized for her acting ability and for her glamorous lifestyle, beauty and unique violet eyes. No wonder Kim Kardashian is a huge fan of the successful actress.

The reality TV star has shown an image promoting her new perfume and has made it clear that she was inspired by the Hollywood icon. Referring to Elizabeth Taylor, Kim took to Twitter and told her fans that she is channeling the famed star in her True Reflection ad campaign.

Earlier today, the 31-year-old star unveiled the photo on her Twitter page. With the uploaded image, she posted, “Another pic from my True Reflection fragrance ad campaign…ultra glam! LOVE red lips! #Channeling ElizabethTay.” In the stunning image, which is the second one that she has uploaded online, she was snapped leaning against a gold-colored frame and sporting a sleeveless dress with a plunging neckline. The smoky-eyed fashionista wore a silver-hued frock that perfectly matched with her ultra glamorous look.

It is no secret that Kim Kardashian adored Elizabeth Taylor, the former child star who died at the age of 79 in March last year. She is one of the final people to interview Elizabeth in an article that was published in the March issue of Harper’s Bazaar Magazine. She told the Oscar-winner: “You are my idol. But I’m six husbands and some big jewels behind. What should I do?” The actress candidly told her: “I never planned to acquire a lot of jewels or a lot of husbands. For me, life happened, just as it does for anyone else.”
