Braving the distinctive English wet weather, she kept her shapely legs from the cold by wearing a pair of black tights and black lace-up flats. She accessorized with brown sling bag, dark-colored earrings, a simple hairstyle and a slash of bright red lipstick.
The memorial fountain was officially opened by Queen Elizabeth in July 2004. According to Royal Parks.org.uk, the design of the place aims to reflect Diana’s charmed life. It stated: “The design aims to reflect Diana’s life, water flows from the highest point in two directions as it cascades, swirls and bubbles before meeting in a calm pool at the bottom. The water is constantly being refreshed and is drawn from London’s water table.”
