Ashanti’s daring Pocahontas-inspired dress at New York Fashion Week
These days, more and more celebrities prefer to show off ultra daring outfits in style. The idea of wearing raunchy attire with a stylish approach is very popular. There are many celebrities who love to wear risqué-looking ensembles such as Lady Gaga, Nicki Minaj and Rihanna. But it was Ashanti who caught the cautious eyes of fashion lovers because of her raunchy number at the New York Fashion week. These past weeks, she has also been spotted wearing daring set of clothes.
The famed singer has recently shocked again her fans and style watchers in a barely-there frock at New York Fashion Week. She wore a colorful Pocahontas-inspired dress which featured a sheer panel at the front exposing her stomach and legs. Wearing the revealing dress, Ashanti attended the Falguni & Shane show at the prestigious event in the fashion world.
The 31-year-old singer looked gorgeous in the themed attire which she teamed with a pair of Christian Louboutin stilettos and a plaited hair band styled around her forehead. The visible tiny strips of material protected her modesty. The dress has red, blue and brown patterns on each side and a chunky black neckline, which resembles a stunning necklace. She completed the look with an immaculate makeup and cheerful appearance.
The lovely singer, who is also known as Ashanti Shequoiya Douglas, posed gleefully with former Destiny’s Child singer Michelle Williams in the front row of the Falguni & Shane Peacock show at the Lincoln Center on the Upper West Side. She adeptly place her hands clasped together on her lap in an attempt to cover up. Ashanti tried to cover up a little, wrapping up in a black fur coat as she ventured into the cold, but still had plenty of flesh on display.
