It seems like blonde is the new it in Tinseltown! The new gal to join the bandwagon is Jessica Alba, but not on a mere whim a la Miley Cyrus, though.
Ditching her brunette locks for a blonde look, the actress preps for her role as an exotic dancer named Nancy Callahan in her latest movie, Sin City: A Dame to Kill For. Obviously, she will reprise the stripper role in style by showcasing a series of elegant ensembles.
Earlier today, the 31-year-old beauty posted some photos in Twitter flaunting the stages of her transformation. In one photo, which is apparently taken prior to the treatment, the Fantastic Four actress was seen pouting with her dark brown tresses cascading down her shoulders. She posted the image via Twitter with an accompanying message, saying goodbye to her brown hair.
The famed star also explained the process of highlighting her tresses. She tweeted:
“Stage 1 -ok it doesn’t look that different but it’s a process.”
Later on, she debuted a new blonde look that perfectly matched with her simple outfit and flawless complexion.
The 31-year-old beauty completed the makeover at Estilo Salon on Beverly Boulevard. It seemed that her stylist used the hair lightening technique called ombre. The popular technique used light-to-dark colors approach to achieve a color gradation effect.
