Katy Perry brought home the title of the 2012 Woman of the Year from the prestigious Women in Music Luncheon hosted by Billboard Magazine on November 30 in New York.
She was looking gorgeous in a red dress with ruffled neckline and hem. The Oscar de la Renta creation featured a pretty belt and a form-fitting bodice that flattered the singer’s figure.

Carly Rae Jepsen was honored with the title “Rising Star.” From what we have seen on her recent outings, the Call Me Maybe singer certainly has a fashion sense that could become as infectious as her summer hit. She rocked it in a blue Rachel Zoe dress and Brian Atwood heels.
We’ve known long that music and fashion mix. The Billboard Women in Music Luncheon just proved it to us once again. These women know chic clothes as much as their notes.
