Ever since the Royal Wedding back in April, our favorite fashionable Hollywood stars have enjoyed a major McQueen moment. The label was always a celebrity favorite, but it looks like Princess Catherine’s Sarah Burton-designed wedding gown gave the Alexander McQueen name an even bigger boost. Not that we’re complaining – we adore the label and love when stars wear Sarah Burton’s daring designs, which is why we totally dig Anne Hathaway’s latest premiere look. The gorgeous brunette wore a black and gold Alexander McQueen confection to the New York City premiere of her latest flick, One Day, which was held at the AMC Loews Lincoln Square on Monday, August 8th. Read below for the scoop on Anne’s amazing frock, and discover which of her sparkly accessories is giving us major wardrobe envy.

Anne can do no wrong in our eyes – and we think she can pull off anything with her gorgeous porcelain skin and quiet confidence, so it’s no surprise she totally nailed her premiere look. Her strapless McQueen creation featured gold embellishments on the bust, and a tiny, structured cinched waistline before the frock flared out into a floaty, flirty full skirt. It’s the perfect silhouette for Anne, and she looked polished, appropriate and ready to celebrate the premiere of her latest critically acclaimed project.

As smitten as we are with her blingy LBD, we actually think Anne’s amazing Christian Louboutin accessories made her entire ensemble. She opted for star-worthy, gold glitter platform pumps, which balanced the gold embroidery on her dress, and completed her sparkly look with a Louboutin clutch bag with a too-cute-for-words stiletto zipper pull!

The One Day star polished off her look with her signature, saturated pout and a light smoky eye, which gave her pretty face just enough oomph without looking over done. What do you think of this look? Are you as crazy about that Loubie clutch bag as we are?
