And the sexy starlet graces the cover of the April 2011 issue looking as glamorous as ever, in a stunningly embellished Herve Leger by Max Azria gown. She even completed her look with to-die-for rose gold earrings by A-list jeweler Van Cleef & Arpels. Obviously, we couldn’t agree more with the Glamour editors and think Kate Winslet totally deserves the top slot in their list. Keep reading to discover which other drool-worthy looks she wears throughout her cover shoot – and learn what’s really important to Kate. We’ll give you a hint: it’s not fame and fortune.

Even though we’re loving Kate’s sparkly cover dress, we love the dresses she dons in her pictorial even more. Our favorite has to be the classic black Victoria Beckham tank dress, because it fits Kate’s curves perfectly – and we have a weakness for a perfect little black dress. If you’re lucky enough to have similar Kate-like hourglass figure, look for fitted pieces with plenty of cinching and flattering darting at the waist, like this Victoria Beckham creation. Finish your look with a simple diamond necklace and tousled locks, and you’ll be star stylish for your next big night.

Kate stole our hearts from the moment we watched her in Titanic, so we certainly don’t need any more reasons to adore this down-to-earth star, but her interview in Glamour provides plenty of fodder. When asked what her biggest accomplishment in life has been so far – she doesn’t automatically respond with “My Oscar win, obviously!” Remember her beautiful speech at the 2008 Academy Awards, where she took home the Best Actress statue for her performance in The Reader? We were so proud of her – but she claims her biggest coo is actually her children. She tells the mag, “The highest compliment I could ever receive about my kids is when the in-flight crew say to me, ‘They are so well-behaved.’ Every time I am told that, I could weep.”
What do you think of Kate’s cover look? Are you planning to grab a copy of Glamour’s April issue?
