If you happened to catch Eva Longoria on ABC’s Good Morning America on Tuesday, April 5th, then you know how fabulous Eva looked in her glamorous white Azzedine Alaia frock. Most recently, Eva’s been making the talk show rounds to promote her latest project, a cookbook aptly titled Eva’s Kitchen, and flaunting a flawless body that certainly doesn’t appear to have enjoyed many of her succulent recipes! Eva’s always had a great figure – and has never hidden her love for her family’s “Texican” cooking – so we’re actually excited to check out some of the starlet’s family favorites. But we’re even more excited about Eva’s sexy white ensemble than the endearing photos and family memories. Take a look below, and learn why we think Eva’s pick wasn’t only chic and sophisticated – but brave, as well.

For starters, we’re loving the modern cut of Eva’s long-sleeved frock. The skirt has a slight A-line, which we know is flattering on most body types – and would be a great pick even if you don’t have Eva’s legs! Even though the hemline is quite short, the style is still modest thanks to a rounded V-neckline and long sleeves. The slim bodice and defined waistline keep the flouncy skirt from veering into cheerleader territory, and we’ll be searching for similar cuts on our next shopping trip.
Although we love the cut of Eva’s Azzedine Alaia design, we have to admit that we like the color she chose even more. In the midst of a painfully public split from NBA pro Tony Parker, we applaud Eva for flaunting her feminine confidence in a sexy white dress. Who says white is only for blushing brides? Eva makes the shade work for a rainy New York City morning, and even completed her fabulous ensemble with ivory pumps from Ferragamo.
Eva’s always a fashion winner in our style book – but we think this look is even more fabulous than usual, because she’s showing fans that she’s doing great, post-Tony. Would you be brave enough to wear white?
