When we talked about Leighton Meester a few months ago, she was spotted wearing light green- colored outfit teamed with short shorts and fabulous pillbox hat on the same color. Since she has inspired fans around the world with her impressive style expertise, many of them have created a Gossip Girl style collection for their own clothing ideas. That’s why we were so excited about the latest style of the star, which includes deeper green hues and darker tones of yellow and gray. Her latest outfit – designed with utmost desire to impeccably attract followers – is a perfect addition on The Gossip Girl sartorial fashion, and will possibly be copied by inspired fans.

Playing as the fashionable Blair Waldorf, the 25-year-old star looked charming in a khaki green cape coat worn over a checkered woolen frock. To highlight the ultra modish attire, she teamed it with a lemon-lime pussy bow shirt, a patterned circular pillbox hat and a chic Hermes-style handbag both in the same colors. Rounding off the glamorous clothing is the fishnet stockings and deep red patent platform Mary-Janes which she has slipped on.

Pretty Leighton seemed at ease as ever on the set of the hit television show. While wearing the vintage-looking ensemble, she acted in front of the camera with stylishness and aplomb. She coordinated well with her handsome co-star, Penn Badgley, who plays Dan Humprey on the show. In one scene, the pair was spotted engaging in a serious deep and momentous conversation to support the story line. Penn looked dapper and casual in a pair of black jeans, a plaid shirt and a navy jacket-attire which added an intense effect to the escalating drama.
