Nicki Minaj’s colorful ensemble is eye-catching at the Carolina Herrera fashion show
Nicki Minaj sizzles with style and talent – a prominent Hip Hop/R&B recording artist who gained celebrity status after becoming a member of the rapping group Young Money. With her record-breaking singles, sassy personality and fashion panache, the famed entertainer had all the right to stand out at the Carolina Herrera fashion show earlier this afternoon.
The “Super Bass” rapper donned colorful attire as she took front row seat at the Carolina Herrera Spring 2012 runway show in New York. She was spotted seated right next to the editor-in-chief of American Vogue, Anna Wintour, and looked vibrant in her multicolored ensemble.The British-born fashion maven looked thrilled and happy with her young seatmate and friend, chatting away in their adjacent seats.
The 28-year-old singer goes grand instead of being bland in her eye-catching attire composed of luminous lime green fishnets and an orange and turquoise tennis skirt. She perfected the wardrobe with a peculiar multi-hued bubble top that appeared to be a fully-realized art project. Naturally, she opted for a flashy makeup with lashings of bubblegum pink lipstick and green eye shadow with large false eyelashes.
Nicki was a sight to behold in a fabulous outfit, taking in the runway fashions and chatting with Wintour. With no intention to upstage other celebrities in the event, she happily showed off her Dolly Parton-inspired hairdo, a voluminous blonde bouffant balanced on top of her head. Apparently, Nicki will be popping up at more Fashion Week events, which makes us, guess on her next outfit. While enjoying in the Carolina Herrera fashion show with fashion editor Anna Wintor, the Young Money diva recently tweeted: “With the amazing Anna Wintour of course.”
